Welcome to Peppered Acres Australian Shepherds.
Located in the beautiful coastal climate of Monterey County, California.
In 1995, we met Dave and Denise Escover of Vineyard Australian Shepherds, and were  
introduced to this wonderful breed.
They generously gave us our first two Aussies Roper and Wrangler and we were hooked!
Denise introduced us to Alan and Kathy McCorkle of Heatherhill Australian Shepherds,
and we have been fortunate to
co-own and show some of their beautiful Aussies. Through their guidance we hope to
continue to grow in the breed. In 2009 we had the great honor of showing our own
"Lanie" (CH Heatherhill Dazzle Park Laine) to
BEST OF BREED at the 2009 ASCA National Specialty.

Besides being show dogs,  our pups enjoy trips to the beach, galloping on our hills, barn
time with our sheep and horses, Starbucks runs or just spending time with us! We are
members of ASCA, USASA, Sierra View Northern California AKC. We are also active of
Penninsula Australian Shepherd Association (PASA), and Jody is the Conformation Show
Chair. We continue to meet new friends interested in this wonderful breed.
